David Jones I Co-Founder and Director
David is a hybrid lawyer/commercial manager, with over fifteen years' experience in a variety
of technologies and industries worldwide. David formerly held senior roles in a number of
software companies, managing sales, consulting and legal teams. In the recent past, David
has worked with a very wide range of client organisations, exploring IP commercialisation
opportunities on their behalf. Aside from his professional involvement in the commercial
world of IP, David is also a graduate student at the University of Edinburgh's Faculty of Law,
specialising in Innovation, Technology and the Law. His other interests include cycling,
reading, squash, medical ethics, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Wales Rugby. David
is 38 years old, lives in Oxfordshire and is married, with 4 children.

Benoit Geurts I Co-Founder and Director
Benoit has been working for over 13 years in technology and innovation management. He
has extensive IP commercialisation experience having worked for some of Europe's leading
IP transaction, licensing and consulting organisations. He has assisted numerous leading
technology organisations in exploiting the underlying value of their IP portfolio.
Benoit graduated from HEC Liège, a leading Belgian business school and holds an MBA
from Leicester University, UK. Outside work, Benoit's interests include marathon running,
wine and Arsenal Football Club. Benoit is 37 years old and is married, with 2 children.
